DID YOU KNOW???? THE HOMEBUYER TAX CREDIT HAS BEEN EXTENDED AND EXPANDED!!!
The FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER TAX CREDIT has been extended to April 30, 2010. In addition the tax credit has also been expanded to include a tax credit of up to $6,500 for qualified homebuyers who have owned and used their current home as a primary residence for at least 5 years and are wishing to relocate.
